ST. PAUL, Minn. -- When Kevin Donnelly retired, he decided to go after his dream job; working at the Minnesota State Fair.

"It's the food, it's the people, I just love it. It keeps me young. It's fun," Donnelly said laughing.

For years Donnelly has taken tickets at Gate 7; he jokes with every single person who comes his way and there isn't a minute that goes by when he isn't smiling.

That is until Tuesday, when the fair comes to an end.

"I get depressed because tomorrow is the end of the fair, so Bob and I will just go sit on that bench with a drink in the brown bag and be depressed," Kevin joked.
