EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn - Throughout their 2012 season, KARE-11 Sunrise has attempted to take you inside the Vikings locker room as they prepared for their upcoming opponent.

Along the way, we asked for your questions, and attempted to get them answered by the players, but some of you have commented about how we always seem to be talking to the same players.

Well, while NFL rules require teams to open their locker rooms to the media, they don't require the players to actually make themselves available to be interviewed.

Media members can put in requests to talk to certain players to the Vikings media relations team, who then relay the request to the players, but again, it's up to the players, the team and ultimately the league to make them talk.

So, rather than try to explain, we thought we'd take you inside a trip to Winter Park, to show you what typically happens when the Vikings open their locker room to the media.
