ST. PAUL, Minn. - The 2014 Eleven Who Care award recipients were honored at a recognition event on Wednesday, July 16 in St. Paul.

The Eleven Who Care program was created by KARE 11 in 1984 to recognize outstanding volunteers in the community and to inspire others in the community to get involved. 2014 marks the 30th year of the Eleven Who Care program and since its inception the program has recognized more than 300 community volunteers.

The recognition event took place at 3M Global Headquarters and featured the inspiring stories of this year's honorees. The event was hosted by KARE 11's Julie Nelson and Diana Pierce. The recognition event was attended by family and friends of the honorees and was a special evening to thank them for their outstanding efforts.
