GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - If you love your hops and heifers, you'll want to check out the Red Cow today.

It's collaborating with Oskar Blues Brewery from Colorado to create the Oskar Blues Burger in celebration of their Minnesota draught launch.

Trevis Langley, Chef at Red Cow, even created a special Oskar Blues Burger for the launch.

Oskar Blues Burger-

Topping:

1 cup apricot preserves

1 tablespoon fresh minced rosemary

1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper

-Simmer for 10 minutes for flavors to come together

Burger:

Season 4 large grass-fed beef patties with salt and pepper.

Melt some nice blue cheese over them

Place them on a good bun, not too soft.

Top with the jam from above.

Serves 4.

Oskar Blues is providing their fresh grass-fed black angus beef for the unique burger that includes locally sourced ingredients.
