GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - The new cookbook Lake Superior Flavors takes culinary fans on a delicious tour of Lake Superior.

Author James Norton and photographer Becca Dilley appeared on KARE 11 News at 11 a.m. on Monday to promote their newest project.

You can meet them at Kitchen Window in Uptown Minneapolis Friday at 7 p.m.

The two will host a cooking class titled "Behind the Pages: Lake Superior Flavors." The cost is $30 per person. It includes a cookbook plus food and drink samples. Reservations are required.

On Monday, April 21 at 7 p.m., James and Becca will sign copies of their cookbook at Common Good Books in Saint Paul. The public is invited.
