Inventive Grilled Cheese Recipes -

Gluten Free Gobbler Melt

Ingredients:

  • • 2 slices of gluten free white bread
  • • 3 slices of Parrano cheese
  • • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • • 4 slices of turkey lunchmeat
  • • 3 pieces of cooked bacon
  • • Cole Slaw
  • • Spread of mayonnaise

Directions:

1. Heat 1 tablespoon salted butter in a skillet over medium-low heat

2. Place all ingredients on the sandwich and place it in the skillet. Spread the mayonnaise on the outside of the bread that will touch the skillet to help brown the bread. Cook until golden on the bottom, 3 to 5 minutes.

3. Flip, adding more butter to the pan if needed, and cook until the other side is golden and the cheese melts, 3 to 5 more minutes.

Kickin' Chicken and Wafflewich

Ingredients:

  • • 2 cooked waffles
  • • 3 slices of Parrano cheese
  • • 1 cooked chicken breast
  • • Handful of Food Should Taste Good (FSTG) Sweet Potato Chips
  • • Buffalo Sauce
  • • Spread of Justin's Maple Almond Butter

Directions:

1. Fully cook chicken breast according to package instructions

2. Prepare 2 Belgian waffles according to package instructions

3. Heat 1 tablespoon salted butter in a skillet over medium-low heat

4. Place all ingredients on the sandwich and place it in the skillet. Cook until golden on the bottom, 3 to 5 minutes.

5. Flip, adding more butter to the pan if needed, and cook until the other side is golden and the cheese melts, 3 to 5 more minutes.

Open-faced Sweet Salty Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • • 2 slices of multigrain bread
  • • 3 slices of Parrano cheese
  • • 2 slices of fresh goat cheese
  • • 4 pieces of cooked bacon
  • • Sliced apple
  • • Spread of honey

Directions:

1. Heat 1 tablespoon salted butter in a skillet over medium-low heat

2. Place all ingredients on the sandwich and place it in the skillet. Cook until slice of bread is golden on the bottom, 3 to 5 minutes.
