TOWN OF MILLTOWN, Wis. - Authorities say the drivers involved in a two-car crash that killed a 41-year-old woman in northwest Wisconsin were not wearing their seatbelts.

The Polk County sheriff's office says Shannon Zbleski of Milltown, Wis., died after her Pontiac Bonneville collided with an SUV being driven by 27-year-old Dayne Bottolfson of Centuria, Wis., at the intersection of State Highway 35 and 230th Avenue in the Town of Milltown.

Authorities say the two cars left the road and were overturned northwest of the intersection.

Both drivers were transported to St. Croix Regional Medical Center before being airlifted to Regions Hospital in St. Paul. Zbleski died at Regions.

The accident happened Sunday afternoon.

Monday morning, the Polk County sheriff's office said Bottolson was reported to be in critical condition.
