GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn -- Here's a recipe for a Wild Blueberry Martini. The Stonewall Kitchen Blueberritini comes from Jason Newell, manager of wine and spirits at Byerly's

2 ounces Grey Goose Vodka
1 ounce Stonewall Kitchen Wild Maine Blueberry Syrup
juice of 1 lemon wedge
lemon peel for garnish
blueberries for garnish
sugar
ice

Moisten the rim of a martini glass with lemon and dip in sugar.


Fill a cocktail shaker three quarters full with ice. Add the vodka, syrup and the lemon juice. Cover and shake vigorously until frost appears on the outside of the shaker, about 20 seconds.

Strain the drink into prepared martini glass. Garnish with lemon peel and blueberries.
