GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. -- Fitness trainer Chris Freytag has a new exercise video featuring high intensity interval training (HIIH).

Research has shown that HIIT improves cardiovascular fitness and helps to build lean muscle and drop the pounds. These workouts are comprised of 20 seconds of all-out effort followed by 10 seconds of rest.

Chris Freytag is an ACE certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor and frequent KARE 11 News Sunrise contributor with Motivation Monday.
