GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - If you are a foodie, here's another chance to indulge your taste buds. The Twin Cities Originals eighth annual Taste of the Twin Cities Originals "Tour de TCO" event is Thursday, July 25, from 6-9 p.m. at TCF Bank Stadium.

He prepared a few of his favorites-

Goat Cheese Bruschetta with Kalamata Olives

Bruschetta Ingredients:

Kalamata Olives
Olive Oil
Red Wine Vinegar

• To Prepare:

Dice tomatoes, onions, kalamata olives and combine in a bowl
o Add olive oil and red wine vinegar to mixture, cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator.

Crostini Ingredients:

Italian Loaf Bread
Olive oil
Parmesan cheese

• To prepare:

Thinly slice Italian loaf bread
On sliced bread, lightly drizzle olive oil and sprinkle oregano and parmesan cheese over the top
Bake at 300° for 10 minutes
Remove crostini from oven, spread bruschetta over top, sprinkle goat cheese to finish. Enjoy!

Ahi Tuna Crisps

Ahi tuna steak
Sweet sesame dressing
Sesame seeds

• To prepare:
Cut Lavash into small squares and bake at 300° for 7 minutes
Coat tuna with sesame seeds and lightly pan sear both sides
Cut tuna and avocado into thin slices (to fit on Lavash crackers)
On Lavash cracker, layer tuna, avocado, drizzle sweet sesame dressing, top with wasabi.

At this year's event, you'll sample more than 20 dishes from local chefs, each one complete with specific and sophisticated pairings of wine or beer. The event will feature locally brewed craft beer tastings from Great Waters Brewing Company and more, and cocktail samplings from both Bacardi and Prairie Vodka.
