BURNSVILLE, Minn. - Charges may come soon in the death of a 4-year-old Burnsville boy.

The Dakota County Attorney is reviewing the case, which a medical examiner ruled a homicide.

Autopsy reports say Keyontay Miller-Peterson died from blunt force trauma to the abdomen.

The boy died at the home he shared with his mother on June 11.

One man was arrested at the time but has not been charged in the child's death.
