GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - Twin Cities Americana rock band Farewell Milwaukee stopped by the KARE 11 Backyard to perform two songs as part of Music Mondays.

After recently adding a few members to the group, the guys are preparing to release their new album, "Can't Please You, Can't Please Me," on September 17.

"I think it's one of the most beautiful things we've created," lead singer Ben Lubeck said. "I think it's really special. We had a couple new guys come in and play with us full-time members of the band and everything gelled in the studio so well."

The band performed the title track off their new album, "Can't Please You, Can't Please Me," as well as "True Love Don't Leave Scars."

Upcoming shows:

September 14 - Cedar Cultural Center, Minneapolis, 8 p.m., $12
