MINNEAPOLIS - Two people are dead after a shooting in southeast Minneapolis on Sunday night.
Police said that they were called to an alley in the 2600 block of Cedar Avenue at about 8:30 p.m.
A total of four people were shot. Two men were killed at the scene and a woman and girl were injured and taken to the Hennepin County Medical Center, police said. Their injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
Police spokeswoman Cyndi Barrington says no arrests have been made and the motive hasn't been determined.
Police Inspector Michael Sullivan says the dead men were inside a vehicle. He says police don't think the act was random, and the public isn't at risk.
The names of the men have not been released.
