2 tsp. fresh lime juice
Pinch of sugar
2 tsp. Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Freshly ground Kowalski's California Sea Salt and Black Peppercorns, to taste
½ cup quartered cherry tomatoes
½ cup chopped mango
¼ cup chopped, peeled cucumber
2 thinly sliced radishes
1 wedge red onion (about 1"), thinly sliced

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together juice, sugar and oil; season to taste. Add remaining ingredients; toss. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste. Chill until ready to serve. Serves 1.
