MINNEAPOLIS -- Police say one person is dead after an early morning shooting in Minneapolis.
According to authorities, the incident happened just after 2 a.m. outside of a bar at the 2000 block of Franklin Avenue East.
Police say when they arrived to the scene, they found a man had died, and another suffered a gunshot wound to the leg.
The injured man was taken to HCMC for treatment.
Investigators say they believe the shooting took place after a confrontation between several males at the bar.
No arrests have been made, and anyone with information is being asked to contact police at 612-692-TIPS (8477).
