ST. PAUL, Minn. - A motorcyclist led police on a high-speed chase in the east Metro on Sunday night.

The Minnesota State Patrol says the chase started Sunday night when a trooper tried to stop the motorcyclist for speeding near Interstate 94 and Dale Street. The driver raced away on a St. Paul highway and led troopers to the Wisconsin border. Officials said speeds reached 120 mph.

Authorities ended the chase once the motorcyclist crossed the St. Croix River into Wisconsin.

Police hadn't released information about injuries or the driver's identity Sunday night.
