WAYZATA, Minn. -- Remember hopscotch? A piece of chalk and some pavement or cement was all you needed for hours of fun. Those same ingredients could make for a great workout involving cardio and strength.

In this week's Motivation Monday, Chris Freytag takes the concept a bit more upscale with an agility ladder, something that is not new to the fitness world, but can easily be forgotten among constantly changing fitness choices. The ladder itself is an actual product, but Chris says you can easily draw one on your driveway.
