BUTTE, Mont. - A football-loving pastor in Montana gave his congregation options Sunday when he staged a one-minute worship service so they could catch the San Francisco 49ers game.

Pastor Tim Christensen of Gold Hill Lutheran Church, in Butte kicked off his service describing highlights of a traditional Christian worship service, and sped through things in just 60 seconds.

In the style of Colin Kaepernick, he then kissed his biceps. opened his vestments to reveal a 49ers t-shirt, and waked out of frame.

Christensen soon returned, told parishoners he was joking, then led a full, traditional worship service.

He caught the 49ers game on DVR later.

Christensen says he was booed by the Packers and Vikings fans in the congregation.
