Antalya, Turkey (Sports Network) - Korea posted a 3-under 141 on Saturday to maintain its lead after the second round of the Women's World Amateur Team Championship.
Korea, the defending champion, finished three rounds at 11-under 421 and is five strokes clear of New Zealand at Gloria Golf Club.
New Zealand also had a 3-under 141 on Saturday to get in at 6-under par.
Canada and Australia both shot rounds of 2-under 142 and share third at minus-5.
Only two scores count for the team's round and on Saturday it was Korea's Hyo- Joo Kim (70) and Kyu-Jung Baek (71) that registered the scores. Min-Sun Kim managed an even-par 72.
The United States vaulted up the leaderboard Saturday with a 7-under 137. They jumped into a tie for fifth with Spain (142) at 4-under 428.
Germany is seventh at 3-under after a third-round, even-par 144.
