ST. PAUL, Minn. - On the wrestling mat, Brandon Kingsley of Apple Valley moved up a weight class this year to help his team and he still won a state individual championship.

Kingsley moved to 160 pounds and dominated the weight class winning his fourth state title becoming just the 12th wrestler in Minnesota history to do that.

The senior finished 7-0 for the weekend at the State Wrestling Meet after winning three matches in team competition leading Apple Alley to a seventh straight title.

Kingsley will continue his outstanding wrestling career at the University of Minnesota next year.
