MINNEAPOLIS - Some big changes are on deck when the All-Star FanFest swings into town.
From Kids Day to Green Day, MLB has announced that each day of the five days of FanFest will have a specific theme. There will also be giveaways that correspond to each day.
The league says they put a lot of effort into catering the entire fan experience to Minnesotans, old and young alike.
"We have hitting clinics, we have autograph sessions all the hours of the shows all five days," said FanFest special events director Jackie Secaira-Cotto. "Fans like to see the players, so we have former players that will be there all days of the event. Current players will be there Monday and Tuesday."
She said that fans will get to take pictures with the players.
The All-Star FanFest comes to town July 11 through July 15. Events will be held at the Minneapolis Convention Center and tickets are already on sale.
