DENVER – A 29-year-old man remains in police custody as Denver Police continue to investigate the stabbing of three men in a parking lot outside Sports Authority Field at Mile High.

Justin Manzanares is being investigated for three charges of aggravated assault. Two other men were released pending further investigation, police spokesman Steve Warneke said Friday morning.

Police found three male victims suffering from stab wounds when they responded to a large fight in parking lot F on the west side of the stadium about 30 minutes about the end of the Denver Broncos game against the San Diego Chargers. Police said there might be a fourth victim who has not been located.

STABBING: Incident reported after game

The three victims do not have life threatening injuries, Warneke said.

"It doesn't appear this was related to the outcome of the game, it doesn't appear this was Broncos vs. Chargers, it appears this stemmed from a traffic altercation in which the suspects were backing out of a parking space and nearly struck the victims' vehicle," Warneke said.

Warneke said Friday that police did not believe the fight was gang related.
