SAINT PAUL, Minn. - Optimism about the 2014-2015 edition of the Wild is not limited to people in Minnesota.

The National Hockey League's (NHL) club announced that the Wild will play in 11 nationally-televised contests, with five
of the games taking place at Xcel Energy Center in Saint Paul.

All 11 nationally televised games will be broadcast on NBC Sports Network (NBCSN), with one game subject to be broadcast on NBC, Saturday April 11 in St. Louis.

The Wild's regular season opener against Colorado will now begin at 8 p.m. CT in Saint Paul instead of 7:30 p.m. as the game will be nationally televised. The Wild's game in Nashville on Feb. 26 will be switched to 7:30 p.m.

(* Currently scheduled for 6:30 p.m. CT on NBCSN, with the possibility to be changed to NBC as part of a flex schedule, where the game-time would change to 2 p.m. CT.)

The Wild's entire 2014-15 local television broadcast schedule will be released at a later date. All Minnesota Wild radio
broadcasts are available on KFAN 100.3 FM with any preempted contests heard on KOOL 108 FM.
