Mark your calendar for September 9 if you're eager to learn the latest on the next iPhone.
According to Re/code, Apple will host an event for its flagship smartphone next month, and it's very likely will provide the first details of the latest model.
Several reports throughout the year have suggested this is finally the time for the iPhone to go big. Multiple reports claim Apple will increase the size of the phone's touchscreen, including two models with a 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch screen.
The company has faced increased pressure to expand the size of the iPhone's touchscreen as competitors such as Samsung have wooed customers with bigger displays through devices such as the Galaxy S and Galaxy Note series.
