Minneapolis/St. Paul forecast from the KARE 11 weather team.

MINNEAPOLIS -The clouds and rain are continuing to move out. And behind that comes plenty of sunshine. It's been a bright day already in western Minnesota. When that sun comes out in the metro, expect temperatures to skyrockets up into the middle 80s for afternoon highs. Factor in dew points near 70 degrees and it will feel more like 90! Summer isn't over yet!

Hot, sticky days continue through the week before storms chances on Sunday change it up. A less humid Labor Day awaits after rain looks to move out early on the holiday.
