Simple Scottish Salmon
Salmon Fillet 9 oz. 1ea
Oil 1 Oz
Salt and Pepper 1 Tsp
Lemon Garlic Oil 1 Tsp
Basmati Rice 1 Cup
Broccolini 2 Oz
Pineapple Salsa 2 Oz
Lemon Half 1 Ea
Garlic Butter 1 Tbl
Italian Parsley, sliced ½ Tsp
Drizzle oil over fish season with salt and pepper. Place fish on hot grill or pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side. Time is depending upon the temperature you like it cooked. Place Garlic butter in medium temp sauté pan season with salt and pepper. Serve fish over rice with broccolini, lemon and pineapple salsa. Finish with lemon garlic oil over the fish.
