    • GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. -- Jazz guitarist and songwriter Reynold Philipsek is releasing a new CD, Tales from the North Woods.

    It's the 34th album for the Minnesota native. Philipsek says the CD has elements of gypsy jazz, bebop, Latin folk music, modal jazz and the folk music of Reynold's Czech and Polish heritage.
