GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn.-- The Adoption Option Council of Minnesota recently launched a virtual scrapbook celebrating adoptions in Minnesota. Executive Director Jenny Eldredge stopped by to share how the site was created, and brought a birth grandmother with her to share her own story about adoption.
