GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. -- As baby boomers continue to work longer, the mix of younger and older workers is becoming much more common. And, that's leading to issues in some cases.
According to a survey from Lee Hecht Harrison, 60% of employers are dealing with friction between their olderand younger employees. That tension, according to Amanda Guralski, the Biz Gal, stems from the way that Generation Y was raised versus the way Baby Boomers were brought up.
Gurlaski stopped by the KARE 11 Today studio with some suggestions for keeping the generational harmony on the job.
