White Bear Lake native named NASA astronaut trainee

A White Bear Lake native was named as one of NASA's eight new astronaut candidates in 2013. Josh Cassada, 39, is a former Navy Pilot and chief technology officer for the Michigan based scientific research firm, Quantum Opus.
