By using the "Your Weather" service" via KARE-TV, you agree to abide by the terms of KARE-TV's Terms of Service. In addition, KARE wants to bring the follow additional information and terms to your attention.

"Your Weather" is a free service transmitting weather bulletins via wireless transmission to its subscribers over the internet or via electronic mail (E-mail). "Your Weather" service contains weather information originating from the National Weather Service or other related governmental agencies, which shall be solely responsible for the accuracy of the content and information of "Your Weather" bulletins. KARE-TV does not endorse, approve or guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of any weather information contained in the "Your Weather" service. NEITHER KARE-TV NOR ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, NOR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND AGENTS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR THE CONTENT OF THE "YOUR WEATHER" SERVICE AND SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, FALSE OR MISLEADING INFORMATION CONTAINED IN "YOUR WEATHER" SERVICE.

You acknowledge that because wireless on-line and E-mail delivery services can be subject to interruptions, delays and malfunctions beyond the control of KARE-TV, KARE-TV cannot guarantee, and does not make any warranty, that problems in the delivery, visual quality or speed of the "Your Weather" service will not occur. You also acknowledge that electronic communications and databases can be subject to errors, tampering and break-ins. While KARE-TV will take all reasonable measures to avoid such occurrences to the "Your Weather" service, KARE-11 does not guarantee that such occurrences will not occur.

As a subscriber of the "Your Weather" service, you release KARE-TV, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents from any damages that you may incur from the use of "Your Weather" service, and you further agree not to assert any claims against such parties arising from (1) your use of the "Your Weather" service or any information you receive from "Your Weather"; (2) any person?s reliance on any such information, whether or not the information is correct, current or complete; (3) the consequences of any action you or any other person may take or fails to take, whether or not based on information provided by, or as a result of the use of, "Your Weather"; (4) your satisfaction or dissatisfaction with any information provided by "Your Weather".
