Bryan joined KARE 11 in November of 2011. Before moving to the Twin Cities, Bryan was the morning anchor at ABC 6 News in Austin, Minn. He has also worked in Mankato. Bryan currently is an anchor of KARE 11 News at 4 p.m. and works as a general assignment reporter.
Bryan graduated from St. Cloud State University where he also worked as the color commentator and ice-side reporter for SCSU men's hockey broadcast across the state.

When I was young, I wanted to be: A pilot, an athletic trainer, a sports broadcaster...I was all over the board!
Describe your perfect day: Sleep until 10 a.m., get in a good workout, head to a North Dakota State football game and then cap the night off with close friends.
Favorite vacation spot: Anywhere I can relax and spend time with friends and family. Mexico was quite relaxing!
Favorite sport to play: Call me crazy, but I enjoy running. Mostly the feeling when I'm done! I've run a few half marathons. Hoping to run a full someday!
Favorite story you ever worked on: I sat down one-on-one with Judy Shepard. She travels the country talking about the death of her son, Matthew Shepard. An incredible women with such an important message.
Why do you like your job: I love being part of your morning routine. I want people to leave their house feeling informed and ready to take on the day with a smile on their face!
Family: My amazing parents, along with my little brother live in Fargo, ND. My sister currently lives in North Carolina. They are my rock.
