Pineapple-BBQ Pulled Pork Slider
- 1 Pork Shoulder
- 4 Cups Pineapple Juice
- 5 Cups Ketchup
- 1 Cup Worcestershire
- 1 Cup Tomato Paste
- 1 Cup Honey
- 2 TB Onion Powder
- 2 TB Smoke Paprika
- 2 TB Dry Mustard
- 2 TB Garlic Powder
- 6 TB Brown Sugar
1. Combine all ingredients except Pork Shoulder in a 16-qt pot on medium-heat. Whisk all ingredients together until smooth.
2. Add in whole Pork Shoulder and braise for 3 hours or until bone releases freely.
3. Once Pork pulls apart, shred onto small slider buns with a slice of pickle and enjoy!
