Cory Hepola is an Emmy award-winning anchor at KARE 11 and has been called a "Game Changer" in local media. He is happily married to his co-anchor, Camille Williams, and together they have three kids, all under 3 years old.
Cory grew up in Perham, Minn. and graduated from Concordia College in Moorhead. He spent over 10 years as a sports anchor and reporter in different cities across the country, before landing back home at KARE 11 in April 2015. Last October, Cory earned an Upper Midwest Regional Emmy Award for Best Talent-Anchor. In March, he was featured on the cover of "Twin Cities Business" in an article detailing how news media is continuing to evolve.
You can see Cory and Camille together on KARE 11 every Saturday and Sunday at 5, 6, and 10 p.m.
When I was young, I wanted to be: A News Anchor in Minneapolis. At 8 years old, my Dentist advised me to brush better or I'd get a cavity. When my Mom picked me up from the appointment she asked why I was so upset. I told her, "well, if I get a cavity, I can't be an Anchor."
