Looks like Dina Lohan is back on the market!

Her Internet boyfriend, Jesse Nadler, confirmed to ET that the two broke up on Saturday after five years of dating long distance and online. Now, in an exclusive interview with ET, he's sharing his side of why they split just before they were scheduled to finally meet for the first time face-to-face.

According to Nadler, an argument broke out when Lohan "accused him of something" in regard to a book he was promoting, but didn't apologize when she realized he was innocent. "She wouldn’t say 'I’m sorry,' even though she knew she was wrong," he claims.

Nadler says Lohan has since apologized, but he doesn’t believe it’s sincere, saying she's "very stubborn, headstrong, and it’s tough to deal with."

He claims Lohan is "upset" but says they are currently texting and planning to talk it out Saturday night. Nadler tells ET that if Lohan offers a sincere apology, he would reconsider getting back together with the Celebrity Big Brother star.

The split comes just a few days before Nadler claims he and Lohan were supposed to meet in person for the first time ever. He says he was going to fly her out to San Francisco this week for vacation, followed by a trip to Tiburon and a romantic ride down the Pacific Coast to Carmel and Pebble Beach.

Nadler claims that, while in Carmel, he was planning to propose to Lohan on the beach. He tells ET he already bought a ring, adding that he is "really hurting" right now but still loves Lohan.

A source close to Lohan denies Nadler's claims and says that no was no meeting scheduled as of yet because Lohan was already suspicious that he was simply looking for media attention and his "15 minutes of fame."

The source adds that Lohan is also currently in talks regarding the possibility of her involvement with a several new shows, including a dating show.

Back in February, ET also caught up with Nadler via Facetime, who had nothing but amazing things to say about Lohan at the time.

"Over time, we both started feeling those little pitter patters," he said. "We talked more on the phone, now we talk five to 10 times a day."

"We have so much chemistry when we talk on the phone ... we just had this really, really unbelievable chemistry," he continued. "We know it's real ... The world thought it was some wingnut kind of thing."
