FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn. — Rock & Roll Hall-of-Famers Daryl Hall and John Oates will bring their extensive menu of hits and blue-eyed soul to the Minnesota State Fair Grandstand on Wednesday, August 28.
Tickets are priced at $67 and $57, and are available starting this Friday, March 8 at 10 a.m. via etix.com, by calling 800-514-3849, or at the State Fair Ticket Office for a short period from 10 a.m. to noon March 8.
Hall and Oates are the best selling duo in music history, beginning with a top-ten single "She's Gone" from their 1973 debut album Abandoned Luncheonette. From the mid-’70s to the mid-’80s the duo would score six Number one singles, including “Rich Girl,” “Kiss on My List,” “Private Eyes,” “I Can’t Go For That (No Can Do),” “Maneater” and “Out of Touch.” Six consecutive albums released during that creative period went multi-platinum.
Daryl and John were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2014.
Hall and Oates join these already-announced acts for the 2019 State Fair Grandstand:
