MINNEAPOLIS - As the legislative session kicked off Tuesday, a movement kicked in again by some who want the voting rights of convicted felons who have served their prison terms restored.
Currently, felons cannot vote in Minnesota until all parole or probation is served.
But if a group, called Restore the Vote, gets legislation passed through that would change and Minnesota would join 13 other states who already allow this.
Should it happen?
