PRESCOTT, Wis. - Lucille’s is a new destination restaurant in Prescott, Wisconsin.
They joined KARE 11 Saturday to showcase their Pasta Lucille and Proud Mary menu items.
This winter they have grand plans to create a winter wonderland where they will showcase the chef's award-winning ice carving skills.
Pasta Lucille recipe:
TBSP minced garlic
2oz minced shallot
half a lemon zested
6 grape tomatoes (halved)
2 pieces diced bacon
3 oz spinach leaves
2 TBSP olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 oz white wine (chardonnay)
1 ½ oz shaved parmesan
8 oz spaghetti
Combine garlic, shallot, tomato, lemon and bacon in pan with olive oil salt and pepper. Cook approximately 2 minutes. Add spinach and blanch dish with white wine. Reduce the wine into the ingredients. Add noodles and top with shaved parmesan.
