MINNETONKA, Minn. - Tucker Helstrom, from Hopkins, spent his short life playing sports, laughing with friends and family, and showing love to people in need.

He passed away after battling bone cancer, which was diagnosed when doctors discovered a baseball-sized tumor on Tucker’s leg.

On Feb. 22, Gold Nugget Tavern and Grill in Minnetonka is hosting a pasta dinner with 100 percent of the proceeds going to Minnesota-originated Children’s Cancer Research Fund and Team Tucker via friend and local Minnetonka mom Sylvana Kotila, as she participates in the CCRF event Date for Life on March 1.

Ticket prices for the pasta dinner are $12/adult presale and $15/adult at the door and are available at www.ccrfdinner.com.
