GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - Some mixed news when it comes to America’s overall health -- according to the CDC, only around 1 in 4 U.S. adults is getting enough exercise per week (MN ranks #8 in the nation for getting the most exercise). Yet the same survey also reveals a third of Americans say they’re obese!
