GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - Planning and preparing daily healthy and delicious meals for children and aging adults can be challenging.

Chef Laura Bonicelli owns Bonicelli Kitchen, a Twin Cities meal delivery business. Tuesday on KARE 11 News at 11 Bonicelli demonstrated how to make several meals from one Chicken entrée without
eating the same dish twice.

Speaking about the importance of using fresh local produce, Chef Bonicelli says family gardening is great way to bring grandchildren and grandparents together.

In July Bonicelli Kitchen will open its first brick and mortar restaurant at 1839 Central Avenue in Northeast Minneapolis. The large new kitchen is expected to, in turn, help grow the company’s meal delivery service.

Launched in 2009 under the name of “Solo By Bonicelli”, the company began as a meal delivery service to assist individuals and families with their fresh meal needs.
