GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. — The National Bison Association, the USDA’s Farmers’ Market Promotion Program, The Sioux Chef, the Indigenous Food Lab and local bison producers are hosting a pop-up bison cooking demonstration at the Linden Hills Farmers’ Market from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 15. 

Three local chefs stopped by to show us the versatility of this deliciously healthy, all-American meat.
