2 cups water (approximately)
½ cup flour
1 large yellow onion
5 red potatoes
1 medium rutabaga (cubed)
¾ pounds pre-peeled baby carrots
24 ounces Guinness
1 cup red wine
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 large leek (thinly sliced)
12 ounces fresh mushrooms
1-1/2 cup celery (chopped)
1-1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
¼ teaspoon thyme
1 bay leaf

Step 2: Sautee the onion and mushrooms in a skillet with the olive oil. Add the lamb and brown the lamb thoroughly.
Step 3: Add ½ cup red wine and simmer for 10 minutes to a condense liquid. Pour lamb, onions, mushroom and sauce to a stew pot.
