Jerk marinated pork shoulder
Marinade:
- Allspice, green onions, lemongrass, ginger, cilantro, jalapeno, lime zest, soy sauce.
- Place pork butt in marinade for 10 hours.
- Smoke at 225 degrees for 3 hours.
- Shred and set aside.
Avocado salsa:
- Tomatillo, avocado, jalapeno, lime, salt
- Mix all ingredients together
Garnish:
- Small dice onion
- Pick cilantro
Serve with two corn tortillas.
