Old School Rye Whiskey Manhattan

2 oz Bulleit rye whiskey

1 oz Dolin sweet vermouth

2 dash Bittercube Orange Bitters

2 dash Bittercube cherry vanilla bitters

Orange peel twist

2 Griottines cherry


Muddle the cherries and peel in the bottom of the glass. Add ice, rye and vermouth. Top with a few dashes bitters (maybe a splash of the Griottine syrup)

St. Elizabeth, Holiday Manhattan

2 oz Bulleit rye whiskey

1/2 oz Dolin sweet vermouth

½ oz St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram

2 dash Bittercube Jamaican bitters

2 dash Bittercube Orange bitters

Tangerine peel twist

6-8  Pomegranate Seeds


Combine rye, vermouth and dram in a mixing class with ice. Stir to chill. Top with a few dashes bitters. Quick stir. When chilled, add to a coupe glass. Garnish with a few cherries and a twist of tangerine
