Barron, Wisconsin's Chris Kroeze has been named the runner-up on 'The Voice,' after a heated season of competition.
Kroeze was joined in the finale by The Doobie Brothers to perform 'Long Train Runnin'.'
Kroeze’s songs were consistently the most streamed the past few weeks of competition. In addition, week after week, his songs were high on the iTunes charts including his original song from Monday night “Human” which landed in the number 3 spot.
Kroeze is the first person from Wisconsin to make the finals of The Voice.
Chevel Shepherd was season fifteen's winner.
