VICTORIA, Minn. - A golf event that supports service members and their families is looking for more sponsors and golfers.
Beyond the Yellow Ribbon Chaska holds the golf tournament in conjunction with the Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans. They support veterans and their families in Carver County, where there are more than 4,500 veterans.
The tournament takes place at Deer Run Golf Club in Victoria on Sept. 5, starting at 11 a.m. and ending with an awards presentation and live auction at 7 p.m.
