Locally made greeting cards help feed at-risk students

Young Eagan entrepreneur fights hunger in the Twin Cities.

EAGAN, Minnesota — Six years ago, Finn O’Malley, an Eagan High School student, established the Fabulous Friends Club (FFC).

The FFC is a food backpack program for at-risk children. It provides meals to almost 900 local students each week.

To support the program, FFC is selling colorful themed greeting cards. Choose from graduation, birthday, thank you, and variety theme cards.

A pack costs $25 each. They're sold online and at all 11 Kowalski's Markets. Each pack sold provides 35 meals to students who might not otherwise eat on weekends. For more information, click here.
