Duluth man sentenced for criminal sexual conduct

DULUTH, Minn. — Kenneth Keith Clark received a 144-month sentence Monday for first degree criminal sexual conduct.

Clark, who was found guilty in June, for sexually assaulting a woman in a cab he was driving back in November of 2012.

Clark was one of five suspected serial rapists who was identified by newly-tested rape kits. The city of Duluth was given a federal grant in 2015 to address the backlog of untested kits.
