Officers went to the location and found the building was locked. Police broke into the building and found a man coming from behind a counter and a woman whose pants were partially off.

The woman told investigators she was working at the business by herself and that around 9:00 p.m. she locked the doors so she could finish her work inside. Then at 9:25 p.m. she saw a man walking back and forth outside the building. She told police he knocked and seemed like he needed help so she opened the door. She then said he pushed her into the building and attacked her.

The man is in custody at the Benton County Jail. Possible charges for criminal sexual conduct are pending.
